Urgent requirement: we are hiring a sheet metal welder in Etche, Rivers State. What we are looking for: • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination The role involves grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
