Gantry crane operator • Creek County, Oklahoma

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gantry crane operator in Creek County, Oklahoma. You will work at a container port and shipping yard. On the job you will handle: • Fit the counterweights and check the ground bearing pressure • Fill in the daily logbook and raise defect reports • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) Ideal candidate: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Understanding of hand and radio signals • Sound knowledge of rigging and slinging At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
