Immediate opening: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Nganzai, Borno State. You will polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins. What we are looking for: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
