Urgent requirement: oven operator (Alabama)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Franklin County, Alabama. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Food handler / hygiene certificate $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
