Join our team: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Phillips County, Arkansas. On the job you will handle: • Dot-and-dab plasterboard to walls and ceilings • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Float and rule off walls to a flat surface with a straightedge • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush Requirements: • Proven experience hand-skimming and floating to a flat finish • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents Full-time with occasional weekends.
