Bakery assistant wanted in Nalbari

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Nalbari, Assam. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight. We are looking for able to work early-morning and night shifts; understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics; knowledge of dough fermentation and proving.
