Groundskeeper wanted in Barton County

Join our team: we are hiring a groundskeeper in Barton County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds; repot nursery stock and pot on cuttings; prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed. Ideal candidate: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Previous experience as a gardener or in grounds maintenance • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $3,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
