Catering cook — Lafia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Lafia, Nasarawa State. Day-to-day duties: • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Performance bonus on top of base pay.
