The role involves: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies Full-time, day shift.
