Punch press operator — Lancaster County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a punch press operator in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. Day to day you will deburr and stack finished components for the next operation; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting; watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts; run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely; record output and downtime on the production sheet; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components. You should have: • Attention to detail and steady hands for accurate loading • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
