Captain waiter — Sheffield

We are recruiting: we are hiring a captain waiter in Sheffield, England. The job is in a coffee shop. The role involves: • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service Full-time, day shift.
