Captain waiter — Smyth County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Smyth County, Virginia. The job is at a banquet hall. The role involves punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); clear and reset tables between covers; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; check back during the meal and handle special requests; greet guests, seat them and present the menu.
