Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Fakai, Kebbi State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare the mise en place before each service 3+ years on the tools preferred.
