Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • CSCS card for site-based work an advantage • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Day to day you will glue, clamp, screw and dowel joints together; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
