Gas pipeline fitter — Ihitte/Uboma

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gas pipeline fitter in Ihitte/Uboma, Imo State. Your main tasks: • Purge air from the lines and commission appliances to the correct gas rate • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation What we are looking for: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders 5+ years on the tools preferred.
