Great opportunity: tig welder (Taraba State)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tig welder in Ibi, Taraba State. You will work at a precision engineering workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances You will carry out 6G pipe welds where required; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. ₦265,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
