Lathe operator • Karu, Nasarawa State

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lathe operator in Karu, Nasarawa State. The job is in a packaging factory. On the job you will handle: • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature You should have: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. ₦165,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
