Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Delaware County, Oklahoma. You will be based in a botanical garden. Requirements: • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Happy to work outdoors in all weather On a typical shift you will spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds; operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
