Catering cook wanted in Madagali

Vacancy available: we are hiring a catering cook in Madagali, Adamawa State. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Six days a week, one day off.
