Meat cutter wanted in Ijebu North

We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat cutter in Ijebu North, Ogun State. You will work at a halal meat counter. Requirements: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry The role involves run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; season and marinate meat on request; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone. Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
