Meat cutter wanted in Noble County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in Noble County, Oklahoma. The job is at a busy retail butcher's shop. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Your main tasks: • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Meals and transport allowance provided.
