Powder coating operator wanted in Jhargram

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Jhargram, West Bengal. You will be based in a busy paint shop. The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns Ideal candidate: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Overtime paid at a premium rate.
