Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Dewey County, Oklahoma. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards On a typical shift you will keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
