Vacancy available: cnc production machinist (Iowa)

Now hiring: we are hiring a cnc production machinist in Delaware County, Iowa. Day to day you will check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54). Requirements: • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
