Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Morris County, New Jersey. You will work in a bread factory. On the job you will handle: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. $2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
