Lifting rigger — King County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in King County, Washington. Day to day you will guide loads through tight openings into their final position; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area; attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
