Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing presser in Oyigbo, Rivers State. The job is at a dry cleaner's. Your main tasks: • Set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics • Spray water or starch to set sharp creases on trousers and shirts • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching You should have: • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Full-time, day shift.
