Dough maker — Jackson County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Jackson County, Kentucky. You will be based at an in-store supermarket bakery. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
