Now hiring: brick mason (Cross River State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick mason in Biase, Cross River State. You will be based on a scaffolded high-rise site. Your main tasks: • Raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses Requirements: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage Rotating shifts.
