Vacancy available: we are hiring a waiter in Tsanyawa, Kano State. You will work at a beach resort. What we are looking for: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform The role involves: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
