Head butcher • Qua'An Pan, Plateau State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a head butcher in Qua'An Pan, Plateau State. Day to day you will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
