Immediate opening: we are hiring a telesales agent in Hnahthial, Mizoram. You will be based at a wholesale market. Ideally you have neat, well-groomed appearance; strong spoken communication and persuasion skills; minimum 1 year of field or retail sales experience. On a typical shift you will check stock levels and raise reorder requests; prepare the daily sales report for the supervisor; greet walk-in customers and find out what they need; pitch products door to door along the assigned beat; upsell and cross-sell add-on products; handle cash and card payments at the counter. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
