Vacancy available: short order cook (Washington)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Grant County, Washington. Day-to-day duties: • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Pay around $130 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
