Fry cook • Okeechobee County, Florida

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in Okeechobee County, Florida. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. On a typical shift you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Ideal candidate: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
