Dough maker wanted in Roberts County

Join our team: we are hiring a dough maker in Roberts County, Texas. You will be based in a bread factory. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day to day you will shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Share your details and we will call you back.
