Captain waiter — Reading

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Reading, England. What we are looking for: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Day to day you will explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; clear and reset tables between covers. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
