Urgent requirement: we are hiring a food and beverage server in Manchester, England. Your main tasks: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad • Clear and reset tables between covers • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Check back during the meal and handle special requests What we are looking for: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Six days a week, one day off.
