We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Saki West, Oyo State. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer ₦125,000 per month plus benefits. Contact us to fix an interview.
