Landscape gardener — Emanuel County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a landscape gardener in Emanuel County, Georgia. You will work in a botanical garden. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules On a typical shift you will prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers; rake up fallen leaves, grass clippings and garden waste; spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
