Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts On the job you will handle: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Score the top of loaves before baking Rotating shifts.
