Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Bristol County, Massachusetts. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Accurate at weighing and following recipes Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
