Commis chef — Bukkuyum

We are recruiting: we are hiring a commis chef in Bukkuyum, Zamfara State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
