We are recruiting: wet plasterer (Rivers State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a wet plasterer in Tai, Rivers State. You will be based at a plastering and dry lining contractor. The role involves: • Apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat • Apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls • Check walls for plumb and level as you go • Fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads • Dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming • Polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush What we are looking for: • Able to read drawings and set out work to a deadline • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Own set of trowels, floats, hawk and buckets Full-time with occasional weekends.
