Join our team: kitchen cook (Kano State)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Madobi, Kano State. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. Requirements: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. ₦225,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
