Aluminium TIG welder • Ideato North, Imo State

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Ideato North, Imo State. The job is in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. On the job you will handle: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool You should have: • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Overtime paid at a premium rate.
