Pastry baker wanted in Birnin Gwari

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Birnin Gwari, Kaduna State. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around ₦1,000 per hour, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift.
