Join our team: press setter operator (Utah)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press setter operator in Daggett County, Utah. You will be based in a metal fabrication workshop. On the job you will handle: • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways Requirements: • Basic understanding of metal grades and thicknesses • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg Full-time, day shift. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
