Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Karim Lamido, Taraba State. Day to day you will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; score the top of loaves before baking. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift.
