Estate gardener — Macon County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an estate gardener in Macon County, Illinois. The role involves: • Dig over and turn the soil and prepare seedbeds • Mow and edge lawns with petrol and ride-on mowers • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers Requirements: • Understanding of pruning and watering schedules • Happy to work outdoors in all weather • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits.
