What we are looking for: • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Day-to-day duties: • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Clear and reset tables between covers • Check back during the meal and handle special requests At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
